Our work with M3COM involved maturing their corporate identity into a sophisticated brand and strategy. M3COM has a unique value proposition in that they engineer both custom-tailored cloud infrastructures as well as domestic and international telecom networks. While many companies provide cloud services, and others are entrenched in telecom, a firm that does both at a high level is a breed of its own. Our strategy hinged on emphasizing this unique offering.
The website that we built around this strategy takes into account a user journey that originates around one of M3COM’s four core solutions and supports their existing sales and marketing funnels.
We worked to extend and elevate M3COM's existing brand identity, establishing their voice and tone, and filling out the visual framework with secondary colors, custom illustrations, and consistent design elements. We also helped to align the company's corporate sponsorships and additional marketing collateral.

Typical of many successful and growing businesses, M3COM recognized the need to mature their message framework and brand story in order to effectively market their services to a larger audience. By evaluating their business development goals, target market, competitors and position in the marketplace, we constructed a brand archetype, style, and voice that is unique to M3COM and helps them stand out.
M3COM came to us with a recently updated logo and color pallet which we integrated into the larger creative direction of their site. A set of custom iconographies was developed to visually enhance the brand story.

M3COM recognized that its customers were often seeking specific technology solutions. The company's biggest value, however, is that they customize technology in ways that most customers don't know are possible.
Our work on their site included a content and design strategy that would capture quality search leads, and quickly educate new clients into the company’s unique offerings. The intent is to bring people in based on the services they are looking for and then allow the sales team to cultivate those leads toward the company's core service competencies.
